Classes

ADMISSION

Children who are 2 years of age are eligible for admission to school.  He/she must be current on all immunizations. The HiB immunization is required before attending class or an exempt form for religious beliefs must be filled out before a child can attend.

The following must be provided:

1.    Completed application form.

2.    Immunization record/health form.

3.    Emergency information card.

4.    Authorization for activities off campus.

5.    Authorization for phone request to release child.

6.    Evidence of legal custody of child and any court orders, if applicable.

7.    Background history form.

8.    Non-refundable registration fee (see attached sheet).

2 year old class

Items you will need to supply for your child:

• Baby wipes
• Easy-Open Diapers or Pull-ups or clean underwear (at least 4-5 pair)
• 2 sets of clothing
• Ointment or powder for rash
• Sippy cup (we do have small cups for them to use for drinks)
• A box of tissues
• Favorite blanket and/or pillow for nap time.  We have extra sheets and blankets.
• PLEASE MARK ALL ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME

SCHOOL SCHEDULE

7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday

9:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. Preschool Hours

11:30 A.M. - 12:00 Lunch

12:00 P.M. - 12:30 P.M. Free play

12:30 P.M. - 2:30 P.M.  Nap time

2:30 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. Afternoon snack

3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Outside play

4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Teacher-directed activities and free play

We close at 6:00 P.M. every day. Those picking up children after 6:00 P.M. will be charged $20.00 for every 5 minutes after closing.
